i have a penn 625 down rigger with 8 lb ball and penn release clip also a swivel base, 48 inch extended boom also a brand new pack of mono dowrigger line will take 225 for all
this has been used 2 time on boat left home on all other trips so its still new.
Not knowing the law makes it legal
