| It was a great night to go fishn! We loaded our gear to hed out to 3 mile. We got going a little after dark, half way between Navarre and Gulf Breeze when the alternator in Abes truck dies! There we were with our head lamps out the truck to see the road. Truck almost died 3 times. Crippled it to advance auto parts in Gulf Breeze. Deturmined to get some monster REDS, we pulled of aN 8 min. alternator change (LIKE A SCENE FROM A NASCAR PIT) WE WERE OFF! Caugt so many bull reds, and a couple of big blues using whole 8 to 11" white trout, our arms hurt.Wind picked up, and the water got a little rough, early in the AM, figured it was time to hed out! Tried to fire up the ETEC and nothing, dead battery!! Remembering that GODZILLA ( the lovinly named tank battery we use for floundering lights was still in the boat) we lugged the 100lb monster to the back and jumped off the boat. It turned out to be 1 hell of a night thanks to Tom and Chris @ advanced auto parts and 1 TOKIO EATING MONSTER!!! Pics on my previous post
