Arrived at the bridge at about 11:30 Thursday and fished until the
sun set. Can you say 51 trout and 1 junior redfish, (I think).
I wasn't sure if it was a fat croaker or a baby red, so back it went.
That makes 78 trout over 2 days at the bridge.

Nice catch. Great pics. Looked like perfect fishing conditions. That doesn't look like a juvy redfish to me. I'm thinking that must have been a big croaker.

Nice amount of fish. Are White Trout as good as Speck's? I caught a bunch of them but thru them back because I wasn't sure. Looks like it was a great day to be on the water. Congrats.

You catch some, you lose some but the beer will never say no or try to run away.

Freshly cooked trout is very good. And with the economy the
way it is, I an not going to be too picky. glad you liked the post.
My sweetie and I are going to try the bridges (3mile and Garcon)
tomorrow if the wind isn't to stiff.

Not quite as good, but still worth eating. When I am fishing trout I get a salt water brine going and take them straight off the hook into the brine. If I don't sell them, we eat them within two days. They are not worth freezing.
