I am selling because I wnat to get back in a Cat.  I just think they are so much better for offshore fishing.  I sold my last cat and wish I had it back.  The only thing is this boat has really treated me well.  Nothing has broke and it has run well and gel coat has held perfect.  So it is a little scary to give a boat up that you know is in great condition and maybe get stuck with one that has problems.

The boat does awesome of fuel.  I average about 4-4.5 mpg with 3 people, ice and tackle going offshore.  The boat can get about 5.5-6 mpg running light in good condions. I cruise at about 4500-5000rpms going about 26-29mph (that will get you about 4+mpg)  Top end WOP is about 38-39 light and good conditions but with everyone loaded up and on the gulf more like 32-33.  It makes a lot more sense at 26-29mph.

If you ar not familiar, let me tell you......

That 19' Polar Offshore is a great boat.  I know that Cape Horns are more popular around here because they are manufactured here but side-by-side i prefer the Polar...  My fishing pal has a 19' Cape and he likes my Polar...  I visited the Polar factory before I bought my first one and they are competent.

I have a 2004 just like the one listed here.....best boat I ever had.....features are great ...

PS:  FYI, I can outfish my fishing pal whether in the Polar, his Cape, or the freakin' Queen Mary.

The more I learn about women, the more i love my boat.
