Wow, you mean she was at a turkey farm, and they werer actually slaughtering turkeys there, thats just crazy!!!! Almost like if the interview had been at a car lot and they were selling cars in the background. What did you expect them to be doing.

Nothing like fresh turkey, she knows how to live. Can't wait for my cute little bunnies to produce, maybe well have a rabbit fry at Easter.

I see a turkey inserted upside down into the trough. then for a minute or so it flops around a little. I "assume" in the first few seconds it's beheaded upside down, then drained of blood for as minute or so. Not unlike catching a Tuna. It's far enough away that you cannot see what's going on... I don't think the "average" voter would think twice about what's going on in the background. He'd have to be told a turkey was being "murdered". At worst it's funny, that she might have "pardoned" that exact turkey. My left leaning media might try to make a bid deal out of it, trust me, we (except for the REALLY left wing tree huggers) don't care. A "faux pas" (innocent mistake) at best. She's scary as heck to a liberal, but if Sarah Palin is the 'future" of the Republican Party, there's not much to worry about. It "appears" the right wants to go further right to win in 2012... as my southern aunt will say "God Bless 'em"! JMHO, Jim
