| 1... George Bush should resign now. 2... Dick Cheney then becomes President (a real joy in itself to liberals). 3... Dick Cheney appoints Condoleeza Rice as Vice President. 4... Dick Cheney resigns two weeks later, thus we now have not only a black president but a woman to boot, one that is much more qualified to hold the position.
