Almost stayed home Saturday to watch Football but decided the weather was too nice so we opted to go fishing.  Caught about 15 Pin Fish in the bay using Sabiki's tipped with roast beef.  Moved out the Destin Pass about 2 p.m. and headed for a spot about 5 miles south.  Did not have any luck with the Pin Fish so we decided to jig with a large Sabiki and caught 5 Gags (12-15 inchers) one at a time with it.  Bite quit so we tried one more spot closer in, and found a Bigger Gag that liked Pinfish.  He had two in his mouth when it boarded the boat, one was mine and the other was his. Not ready to winterize the boat just yet....

Nice catch. Sure was pretty today,wasnt it ?? Decided to stay home and paint. Wrong decision on that one. Hope this weather holds out this week. Congrats on the Gag.
