| Steel prices will be going up Feb. 4, and again in March and once again in April. If you are interested in a building now is the time to purchase one. (be careful on this part when ordering a building from the guys in Mobile) Includes the entire building erected but is not for commercial use. No site plans, site work, fill dirt have been incuded since I have not seen your site. $47,950.00

Not to take away from Fred's post here, but something to keep in mind.
A typical 18ftr to 20ftr with a T-top will NOT go thru a 10ft tall door. The door on my shop is 14ft W X 12ft Tall. walls are 14ft high so that that 12ft tall door could be installed.

I can build any size. Also, if you need to park and RV remember the a/c unit is on top of the vehicle and the mirrors stick out pretty far too. You can get a 12' tall door in the center of the gable end of the 12' eave building but if you do need a roll up door on the sidewall, you will need the walls to be at least 2' higher than the top of the door.
