| By law , he needs a permit. I along with most enjoy his service / product. It is a suprising value. Why do you have to resort to gutter language to express your displeasure? Can you not express it effectively with acceptable dissent?

| No other commercial boats are allowed to operate there either. Until the commercial mullet, flounder, pompano, and crab guys are allowed to fish those waters, I say out with the bait guys. Edit- I removed the inappropriate language.

| You know sometimes I am so sorry democracy works so slowly. The bait boat(s) is a great service. It is a terrible shame to lose them. The law may be the law, but here it makes sense to ammend the law. What would it take to change this quickly? A presidentially decree? Well, no chance of that. I for one will miss the bait boat.

| I assume I have missed something on this issue but; why can't he just move down the beach to the east until he gets out of the park boundaries?
