| A medium to small butterflied mingo can be deadly. Also, i've found that any good bait fished up in the water with light tackle will draw the bigger snapper up off reefs or live bottom. But unfortunately, this time of year, you have to deal with a lot of kings and bobos fishing this way.

to butterfly fillet tail to head and leave the fillet attached at the head, repeat on other side. THen pull out the backbone and you have the teo fillets flapping around attached at the head.
