Where is the bait boat in Orange Beach? Headed out Saturday Morning wondering if anybody had a phone number or channel number to get in touch with the guy.

Bait boat is usually anchored up in the area marked by the circle.

The Bait Boat has been working "regularly" for the last few weeks from a pontoon boat anchored inside Perdido Pass next to the east end of the island at the entrance to Cotton Bayou. His name is Tony (i think) & he & his brother (Harold ? & his son Dylan) are in this together. They are extremely hard working & really easy to work with. $20 will buy you a baitwell full of lively bait & in just a matter of minutes you are on your way to the fishing grounds!!! You can reach him via VHF Ch. #80. He is usually there before 0600 & gone before noon . You may have to wait in line for a few minutes behind other boats when you arrive, but be patient. They are very efficient on their end of the transaction, so to help keep things moving for everyone, you should have your $$ & baitwell ready before you pull up alongside. Remember ... "slow & easy" when you pull up & leave, they will appreciate it!
Hope this helps.

Blue skies, fair winds, calm seas & good fishing!
