| 5 of us went out with the sole purpose of jigging. I wanted to try several different jigging rod/reel combos so I invited some jigging gurus from a jigging forum to see their stuff in action. We stayed bowed up all day and sometimes had 4 and 5 hookups at the same time. It was great. Here is a link to the post and pics at the end. http://www.360tuna.com/forum/f4/fishing-spineyman-2990/index2.html#post30221

Looks like you guy's had a good time. I liked the idea of trying all the different jigging combo's to see which ones you liked the most.

| The Barefoot/Avet combo was great as well. Don't let the little size of the reel fool you it more than aptly handled the jigging task than I thought it would. I caught a 34" aj with no problem.
