| Our annual Sportsman's Night Out event is coming up Thursday, Sept. 18 at 6:00 PM. This is a family event that will be held at the Family Life Center on the campus of Marcus Pointe Baptist Church. This years guest speaker is Scott Vernon of fulldrawministries.org. We will have dinner, listen to Scott's testimony, and then give out door prizes. The prizes this year include a 30-06 rifle/scope combo, muzzle loader/scope combo, new whisper creek compound bow, 3 day guided whitetail hunt with Brian Daniels Outfitters, 2 day guided whitetail bow hunt, gift cards to Outcast Hunting and Fishing, $125 gift certificates to Coles Taxidermy, and much more. There will be prizes for women and children also. Display Booths will be set up from Trophies of Grace, Coles Taxidermy, etc. Admission is $5.00 per person and can be purchased by contacting the church (479-8337) or myself (434-2603). We also have sponsorship packages available if your business is interested in lending a hand. We appreicte those sponsors who have already joined our team. Tom Hammond

I had the opportunity to hear scott speak a few years ago. Definitly DO NOT miss the chance to hear him. A message the whole family can appreciate.

This Thursday. Bought two chair ground blinds, 6 tree stands, etc. today for door prizes. Spent a lot of money between Outcast and Mikes today for some really nice prizes. Thanks Tommy/ Anthony and Stan. Best $5 you will spend this week. Bring the wife and kids as we have prizes galore for them also. You can get tickets at the door. Call with questions or PM.
