My wife's Birthday is this Thursday, and of course I have some work to do.  I have bought her some things that I thought were nice gifts, but let's just say sometimes she didn't like some of the gifts I got her, as much as I thought she would.

Have you ever hit a home run with a gift you bought your wife?

If so, help a brother out,  What was it?

Don't buy anything for a couple of years, then when you do break down and get something she will be elated no matter what it might be. Sorry Curtis, Susan and I don't do the gift thing anytime of the year. My contention is that if we want something, we go get it. Alleviates the "sometimes she didn't like some of the gifts" thing". BUT if you go out and buy that Porsche you want, at least ONE of you will be pleased, and all wont be a total loss.

Get her a small box of candy, some flowers and a nice card.

Then cook her favorite dinner in an apron, and wear nothing else.

She will never forget it !!

It really, really works !!
