| I have this 3 ton heat pump that was purchaced new in late 2004 and used for aprox 18 mos. it has been stored in my shed for the past 12 mos. I was gonna use it to cool and heat my workshop, but never got around to installing it. As you can see it is in exelent condition and I would sell it for $1000.00 dollars if someone is intrested. It is rated 36000btu cooling w/ 5 kw suplimental heat that can be upgraded to 10 kw if desired. Send me a PM w/ contact info if you have any questions. Thanks.. | To answer a couple of questions asked ( and bump ) 1. yes, I Still have it. 2. it is 230 volts (single phase) 3. it is suitable for a mobile home or off grade house.

I just bought a BRAND new 2 1/2 ton air/heat pump Brand new for $450. I think I got a good deal now.
The unit you are selling brand new is like $1450, so $1000 is a good fair price. Good luck
