When you all are targetting reds, how do you rig the gulp? Circle hook w/a sinker to the bottom or jig head only?

BR,

I rig them two different ways. Typically I will put them on an 1/8 oz jig head. But listening to several people here on the forum I have started riggin' them weedless. I reall like that technique as well.

how would you cast the weedless setup? It can't weigh enough to get much distance, esp with a breeze.

figure with the gulp and the hook itll probably weigh close to 1/2oz...it'll cast fine.  if not you can always buy weighted hooks and rig them, which i like to do when i'm fishing docks and theres some current
