HAHA I had a smart ass answer all ready for you then I got side tracked. Damn work always gets in the way.

All though I have not seen any reports from the 3 mile, I would think the spanish and kings are around there right now, not sure though. I am pretty confident the red fish will be there. The red fish bite is really starting to heat up and the 3 mile bridge is always a good spot for them.

I think white trout are there nonstop. Your always gonna have redfish running around there too. Kings are probably showing up, I'm guessing your in a kayak? Kings in a kayak are always fun. If you have a way to keep live shrimp, try up close to the structure mangrove snapper should be doing good. Bring a little bit of everything and try different things until something starts working.

Went last night in the Kayak, had to brave some pretty heavy and choppy seas. Fished live shrimp on the bottom and caught 4 reds between 26" and 33" lost some more to the pilons. Actually caught one of the ones that I broke off, my rig was still in it and both hooks were in the exact same place. It had moved 4 pilon sections farther out. Got only one snapper. The silver trout were really thick on the west side of the bridge with a few croaker and whiting mixed in.

Went to the 3 mile Saturday....Beautifull day and boats were all over...only problem couldn't get the fish to bite even though my fish finder was lit up...I was using live shrimp on both sides of the spans and in between yet nothing...I snagged a bait fish (I think pilchard) with gottcha lure as the bait schooled aroung the boat and dropped him to the bottom and still nothing...I saw the UWF boat fishing and appeared they were having the same no luck....Was out there between 3 - 5 p.m.

Did anyone have better luck????
