If anyone is interested, I will be doing the steak deliveries for Thanksgiving. I will be Delivering Tuesday Nov. 26th

Bone in USDA Prime Standing Rib Roasts $13.99lb

Boneless Whole USDA Prime Ribeye $12.99lb

Whole USDA Choice Ribeye (Forum's Favs!) $10.99lb

Cut USDA PRIME Standing Rib Roasts $15.99lb

(This was our famous Cowboy Ribeye at Live BAit at the Wharf)

Cut Ribeyes USDA Choice $12.99lb

Whole USDA Choice Sirloin Butts $7.99lb

Whole USDA Choice NY Striploins $11.99lb

Whole USDA Choice Beef Tenders $16.99lb

Cut USDA Choice Sirloins and Strips add 1.25 per lb

USDA Choice Filets $21.99lb

Cola Glazed Hickory Smoked Pit Hams $4.99 lb

Call or PM for USDA PRIME prices

Other great stuff

Top of the line Bone in Marbled Pork Loin (ASK ULTRALIGHTS FEEDBACK!) $7.99lb

22lb Authentic Homemade Cajun Turducken you choose stuffing (Andouille, Oyster, Seafood, Shrimp, Meatless all all of it!)

A turducken is a whole boneless chicken stuffed into a whole boneless duck stuffed into a whole boneless turkey. I make these myself and they are awesome. They take about 7 hours to cook at 275 degrees. Pete Bridges got one about 3 years ago and claimed a whole bunch of great things about it! They are very labor intensive and that makes them a bit expensive...But try one at $120.00

Alabama Smoked Sausage $5.99lb

Cajun Boudin $5.99lb

Cajun Andouille $5.99

Crawfish Julee Sauce

This is a 4 lb bag of just awesome stuff. Crawfish, mushrooms, heavy cream..light spice...I believe Bonita Dan and I know Deeplines love it...

4lb bag $40.00

Better than "Ninas" Side items.

We are doing :

Sweet potato casserole

Cornbread Dressing

Broccoli Cheese and Rice

Green Bean

Let me tell you guys... the Sweet potato is hands down the best I have ever had...trust me I guarantee it! PM me ro pricing as I have not settled on a price yet for these.

Other great products are availabel. if you really want to go all out, I have an outlet for KOBE Beef...the real stuff! PM me for pricing!

Hell Challenge me let me help you make this holiday season special. I promise you that if the product is legally available and you really want it I can get it. Quail, pheasant, Elk, Buffalo

Of course you big green egg guys...I can get you the best charcoal you have ever had for those bad azz grills. 40 lb mesquite chunk $36.00...I challenge you to find a BETTER product...the great thing about this stuff is that it burns ultra clean...meaning when your burp that steak at 3 am it wont taste like a forest fire...it also burns hot and it is my favorite charcoal for all my on premise grilled caterings

Ok guys Challenge me...If you need it I got it or can get it! I will be able to accept credit cards from our website in a few days via paypal so you can have that method to pay!

Chris,

You want a challenge? I'll give you a challenge...  How about a Beef Wellington for 8-10 people I can freeze and ship early or take on an airplane Wednesday to serve Friday.

Of course I'll need cooking directions too. and ideas for sides.

Jim

PS... I've got a big bag of coins for you check out.

Jim

What was that heirloom or whatever pig I got from you early this year? That was freaking awesome.

Anyway, I could do another veal rib.
