| The RFRA is expanding lobbying efforts for approval of the 5 Escambia County Near Shore / In Shore Reef Zone permits and move of the ACOE Waterways jusrisdiction back to the Mobile District ACOE office. We are soliciting your support in lobbying Florida's U.S. Sentator Bill Nelson. Your friends at the RFRA will do all the legwork - all you need to do to support this lobbying effort is: 1. Print out and sign the attached letter 2. Drop it by or mail it to the RFRA building (right near Joe Pattis) Here's the RFRA address: RFRA 1007 West Pine St. Pensacola, FL 32501 Bill Nelson may be in Pensacola around December 6th so we'll try to get an audience with him and hand deliver the letters while requesting his assistance. Below is the text of the letter.

You guys did an outstanding job with the Jeff Miller letter. We got over 500 signed in just one week! We have until Dec 6th to get as many letters to Bill Nelson signed as we possibly can so lets put the same tenacity to work! Lets go get'em guys!

| isee that there has been little comment of support to this post. this is very important to everyone that fishes. please do not grow weary with the signing of these forms. they are helping us gain attention with the ones that we need on our side. i know it seems like a losing battle, but it is not. we can beat this attack on our rights to fish and create habitat for future stocks of fish of all kinds. we've got two weeks to get as many of these forms signed. we got over 500 for jeff miller in just one week. so let's get busy and start getting these signed today. i'll print out 500 blank forms thursday morning and get them to the rfra building by lunch. come pick some up.at 1007 pine st down by joey patties seafood rest. thank you

| Great news everybody, Yesterday, The Bay County Commission joined Escambia and Okaloosa and voted to pass the Resolution to move us all into the Mobile District of the ACOE. On Monday, the City of Destin also voted to approve a resolution supporting the move. They are sending it to Senators Nelson and Martinez and also to Congressman Miller. Finally, something to smile about!

Go Cliff Go!!! Follow Cliff's lead - take some to your local bait and tackle stores and see if they will collect them - this directly affects them. If a business will agree to display and collect them I will volunteer to coordinate picking them up. You can call me at 850-677-1875.

BananaTom (11/24/2008) Is this the same letter, that has been around since the Un-offical Shark Tournement/Camping on the Full Moon/RFRA Fund Raising weekend of October 13th?Good question Tom. No this is a different letter. It has similar content but it is addressed to Florida Senator Bill Nelson and is more inclusive of the entire panhandle area. The first one went to Congressman Jeff Miller. We're trying to get support/assistance from both.

| I have 16 signed. Is there usually someone at the RFRA office weekdays? I'd like to drop them off and check out the facility. I've been a member since last year at the Outcast sale, but never been to the office. Thanks, Dale

This effort has not been forgotten. I've picked up most of the letters and will stop by the RFRA building tomorrow 12/23 around noon to pick up any remaining signed letters. I'll get them out to Senator Nelson by the end of the week.

| All the signed letters have been collected and mailed to Senator Nelson's Orlando Office (approx 130 of them). Feel free to mail them on your own if you wish to send additional letters. The address is U.S. Senator Bill Nelson 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 410 Orlando, FL 32801 Thanks to all who collected and/or signed the letters.

Is the letter just for Escambia County residents? Or can Okaloosa and other county residents sign off also?

It's generic, meant for any panhandle county resident. You'll need to mail it directly to the Senator in Orlando to have it delivered though - we are no longer collecting and forwarding them.
