breakfast-pizza at amsterdam's (local restaurant) (approximately 1 oclock pm)

lunch-philly cheesesteak pita from pita pit (about 4 pm)

dinner-seared bluefin tuna and a whole mess of kahlua (9pm til now...)

workouts are gonna be fun tomorrow....



tomorrow night, filet mignon, bluefin tuna, twice baked potato, baked beans, and homemade chef woody cheesecake (headed to the farm around lunch)
