Try at Joe Pattis Boat Storage, just off Navy Blvd, west of Bayou Chico small bridge. He had some boats that the owners had not paid their storage fees and has a lien on them.
There are some really good deals if you are willing to do some repairs.

The camper next to me, and I were talking and they are heading out sailing today. He mentioned that his friend is selling the boat..it's about a 35'er. Ill ask about it tonight and post. Was told he will be loosing about 5K.

There is about a 30 footer on the Lemon Lot on Corry Station, at the NEX entrance off 98. It s on a trailer, and they only want 6500 or so for it. I have no details, no dog in the hunt. Can get you the info if you are interested.
