I'm going to go back and re-number the last 12 or so chapters of Marijuana Dreamin' because I had forgotten that L is 50.  That means I gotta start at XL or 4O.

No big deal to do but I hate advertising my stupidity.  Actually, I ought to start using regular numbers right now and to heck with remembering what 90 turns out to be.

Thanks guys but I decided to take the easy way out.  Easier for me and easier for others who are rusty on Roman Numerals.

Actually, I did a Google search and found a similar table then took the easy way out.

Where Miz Marie Laveau came from, I haven't a clue.  I hope I can put her behind me without disrupting the tale too much.  I have a history of derailed tales.  I shoulda known better than to add her in.  She will  probably cause me to have to write several extra chapters to pacify her.  One thing I know for sure is that you don't want to pissoff a Voodoo lady.

This morning I have cranial constipation probably because I don't know where to go with Miz Marie Laveau.  The bad thing about posting these chapters as I write them is that I tie myself down because I can't go back and delete them.  I think this is sort of like getting into a cuss fight and letting your mouth overload your a55.  Been there, done that, got my butt kicked.

The Klan might give me problems too.  I've already said that most of the Palmgren boys plus their Pa are at a Klan meeting.  When I was a kid, the Klan was still a force to be reckoned with but, from personal experience with the group I knew them to be a pretty sorry bunch.  When I said "Personal Experience" I did not mean to imply that I was a member or had any dealings with them.

When I was in about the 10th grade or so, they (I guess it was the Klan) nailed up some posters around Bessemer High School that said something like "Be a Man and Join the Klan."  One of the girls in my class had a "Spend the night party" with a bunch of her GFs and they painted a bunch of flyers that said something like "Be a creep and Hide under a sheet."
