| Sorry for the late response Tony. I REALLY and truly hate to leave but have to go where the work takes me. The bank lowered the price again yesterday, now at $155,000. Just two years ago Hal added the new family room in the back, expanded the master closet, added a pantry, replaced the roof with 30 year shingles and replaced the entire A/C system. We had someone else install travertine tiling throughout. Hell all that was over half of what it is for sale for now. Absolutely thought we'd be there forever. Living in a Miami now so let me know when you and Tommy come down for the boat show, we'll put you up....maybe head down for some Keys Fishing.

Thats what we thought when we priced at 185K and when we priced it at 170K, we thought for sure some folks would come knocking, nothing. The continuing road construction on the road running by the house may have people turned off is all I can think. Its in one of the best areas as far as schools are concerned. Anyway, someone will get a great deal on it!

Anyway, someone will get a great deal on it!I feel your pain. Our house is well below market comps in the area. And it's still not doing much. I hope someone can come snatch it up from you. It's a tough market for sure. I am driven by a job move as well. It's not the time to have to get rid of a house.

| Wow! $155k?!?! I'd be all over it for that price, if only I could get mine sold. Hardly any lookers, had the first showing in a few months today. I guess it's time to discount mine some more.
