What do you guys do with the ribbon fish you catch?   Do you freeze them for king fishing

and would they work for Cobia?  If you freeze them do you use a brine?

kings, cobia, and wahoo. Vacuum seal them and they'll last all season.

I read that if you brine them, it toughens them up so they stay together better.
