played around the pass for a couple hours, thousands of birds and truck loads of bait.  nothing that wanted a lure or anything else we had.

Similar experience yesterday near the pass and in the bay. Lots of birds chasing lots of bait. Not much big hungry stuff eating the bait though.

Right......that big ray that I broke off! I have a sick feeling in my stomach that the "ray" may have been bronze w/ a little bit of blue on his tail and a few spots. Probably around 26 inchest too!!!!! Next time brother!
