I'm a little unsure if AJs and Grouper can be kept right now. I fish out of DI Alabama.

Did AJs open back up since the Oct closing? I see they have removed the red "stamp" that was covering AJs on the may 2009 recreational fish regs doc. I also see you Florida folks are keeping them so I assume its open.

Looks like grouper are legal till Feb 1st. correct?

Just want to be sure before we go in the morning.

both legal - hope to slay some myself tomorrow

THERE SHOULD BE NO COMMERCIAL FISHING ALLOWED FOR ANY SPECIES THAT IS CONSIDERED OVERFISHED.
