We tried some deep dropping today. We caught golding tile fish and some cusk eels. We were fishing in about 1200ft of water. We had to cut the day short due to some sea sickness but the bite was pretty good while we were there. Good luck.

yes we were using lights a green one and one multi colored one it did not seem to matter

good luck w/ the swords, I really hope that daylight deep dropping works up here like down south. did you use sleds? To me it seems like the best way to get a bait that deep w/out tangles
