Sorry I did not post this in the Out of the area forum. The big Ugly run has started over here in Galveston.

I don't know these guys but they sure killed some studs.

I used to catch those at the Quarantine Station in Galveston years ago.  Lots of fun.  Takes a while to get those in.  Thanks for the pictures.  Congratulations to those guys on some nice fish!

Yeah those are some beast. We caught some monsters last year during the run. Have not had a chance to go after em' this year. But hell I am done in Texas in 10 days, so I may not get another chance to chase the big ugly.

One similar to those was cought by a guy next to 3 mile bridge.  He didn't think he could keep it and threw it back.
